How low can you go for inspiration?
How high can you get with inventiveness?

First, the studio investigated seven alternate aesthetic systems: rough
and feral, wabi-sabi, jolie laide, adhocism, camp, punk, and kitsch. Secondly, the investigation continued into the building materials and constructional language of the local vernacular architecture. The result of the above two investigations is the design of a brutalist outdoor public bathhouse facility in Silverlake, CA.
