 SCI-Arc

Design Studio led by Margaret Griffin.

In collaboration with Yousef Hussain.

The main goal was to create a design that would combine the two extremes, namely a one of a kind, not-been-done-before appearance and an impeccable usability, flexibility and logic of any other commercial-oriented high-rise project.

The two leaning towers combine the right balance of visual complexity and multiplicity, implication of simple clean aesthetics and correct spatial utilization. They also provide multiple indoor/outdoor experiences throughout the two towers due to a more aggressive and major implication of the terrace-like cutouts and allow for great flexibility with site landscape design since the footprint is minimal.
